I know McDonald's Corp. in its restaurant operations uses the role coverage view for its managers to see who is in what area, when to cut or add. It is extremely helpful! I want to use the same thing with my supermarket. Please allow it to be printed, and become more streamlined (less clutter).

It would be great to have a pay rate table where you can click on what dates in the year it applies, such as pub holidays

A report page for viewing when each staff has logged in and how frequently.

Ability when creating a new roster to set a budget on each day.

It would be good if it was possible to be able to see who has actually downloaded any downloads as this would be good for company compliance and keeping track of who has or hasn't downloaded instructions/briefs/files etc.

So a reminder can be sent 4 or 5 hours prior to shift instead of 24 hours or a feature where Manager can set when reminders should be sent on a per staff level.

Adding shift in role view list only the staff that are availabel and haven't been allocated a shift on that day. Currently frustrating and difficult to pick a staff member and then find it conflict cause that staff member already has been allocated.
